About Nancy

Nancy Frisch has been an executive coach, team builder and organizational development consultant for twenty years. A Phi Beta Kappa with two graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Nancy has been regularly featured in the media. She speaks about Leadership and Change internationally and has numerous publications. Her clients have included many start-ups as well as mid stage and multi -billion dollar companies in the technology, healthcare, manufacturing and financial arenas. Nancy has coached CEO’s and their executives through numerous transitions assisting in development of a successful organizational structure and team globally and multi culturally, as well as strategy mission, values and vision formation and  implementation. Her coaching expertise and organizational development work have promoted the attainment of roadmap milestones, AOP, and profitability. She is known for her innovative ideas in fostering creativity and employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention while creating a stable supportive work environment without silos.
